We’ll ask a few simple questions about your experience. Just tell us what you would tell a friend or neighbor. Speak in your own words — there are no wrong answers.
You’re always in control
- You can pause, take a break or start an answer over.
- You never have to answer a question that makes you uncomfortable.
- After your story is edited, you’ll receive a private link to review it.
- You can approve it or request a change.
- Nothing is shared until you’re comfortable with it.
Your story will never be shared without your approval.
